What is dtlvoip?

dtlvoip is hosted VoIP billing and switching service provided by DataTechlabs, VoIP development and hosting company with more than 10 years experience in software development and VoIP hosting.

Can I buy switch and billing software?

Yes, it is possible to buy ArrowBilling and ArrowSwitch for your own use. Please visit DataTechlabs page for more information.

Do I need to buy or rent a server?

No, our service includes servers, colocation, bandwidth, server repairs and other server related costs.

How long it takes to get the switch partiton running?

The process of getting running system up is less than a minute.

Can I use trial (demo) partition to run live traffic?

Yes. However, we will limit number of maximum simultaneous calls to 10 during demo period.

Can I use dtlvoip to run (SIM dialer/Callshop/other) service?

The answer is most probably yes. We have customers using our service for almost any VoIP service you can imagine. If in doubt, please ask us.


Do you offer 24/7 support?

Urgent support tickets are answered on 24/7 basis within 20 minutes. Only switch outages, unexpected critical errors, and security breaches are handled by Urgent tickets. Non-emergency tickets are answered within business hours, i.e. 07:00 AM - 17:00 PM GMT Monday to Friday.

Can I have online support by (MSN/skype/phone etc)?

Our services are offered on very low monthly fee basis. Therefore we are unable to offer online or telephone support individually. We operate support ticket system which allows swift response on all questions you may have.

What payment methods do you accept?

We can accept following payment methods: wire transfer, online credit card, Paypal, Moneybookers, Western Union.


How many carriers can I create?

You can create any number of carriers you like.

Do you support Least Cost Routing (LCR)?

Yes, LCR is supported.

Will I have a dedicated IP address?

Yes. You will receive your own dedicated, exclusive IP address. Please use this IP to point your customer equipment to as well as authenticate you with your carrier.

How many reseller levels are supported?

The number of reseller levels are limited to 5. If you need more, please ask us.

What currencies are supported?

The system supports any currency. We also can provide automatic exchange rate correction based on rates published by European Central Bank.
